The Cosmopolitan Club’s highly respected Art Deco interiors, outstanding cuisine and exceptional staff combine to create charming and memorable private events. As a member you may use our facilities for functions such as meetings, lectures, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, rehearsal dinners and other events. You also may sponsor a guest who wishes to hold such an event at the Club.

Is there anything better to say about The Cosmopolitan Club than its fabulous food? And of course the authentic Art Deco decor only heightens your unique experience.  Our diverse Catering Menus offer a wide variety of superb choices made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and reflect international influences. All menu selections, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert, are prepared on the premises. The Club’s full bar and extensive fine wine selections will complement any menu. Whether you are planning a breakfast, weekend brunch, luncheon, dinner party or cocktail party, every menu is customized to meet your needs.

Our Gifted Chef

Chef Gary Sippel, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, has been with the Club for 28 years. Prior to coming to us, Chef Sippel was at Philadelphia’s Four Seasons Hotel. Chef Sippel is assisted by Club Manager Agneta Bacican and an attentive wait staff that anticipates our guests’ every need.

Among the Club's available spaces, the Salon, Dining Room and Library particularly lend themselves to delightful parties. They can accommodate small intimate gatherings or larger groups for cocktails or dining. In addition, a bedroom and private parlor are available for working, resting or changing. Amenities include secure wireless internet access, a laptop computer, PowerPoint projector, screen, easels and a custom-designed Steinway & Sons concert grand piano. Restrooms are located throughout the building with a lounge and cloakroom on the lower level.

Discounted parking is available in the Latimer and Town Garages in the 1500 block of Latimer Street.
