The Club's diverse Catering Menus offer a wide variety of delicious choices made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. All menu selections, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert are prepared on the premises.

The Club's full bar and extensive fine wine selections will complement any menu, whether breakfast, weekend brunch, luncheon, dinner or cocktail party.

The Club's chef is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Prior to coming to the Club, he trained under Five-Star chef Jean-Marie Lacroix at Philadelphia's Four Seasons Hotel.
